A man is facing intoxication manslaughter charges in Houston after a fatal traffic accident.
Houston police say 32-year-old Ruben Prado lost control of his vehicle and struck another vehicle while driving westbound on the service road and entering the main lanes of Highway 90. Prado lost control of the green Ford Explorer, struck the right rear side of a white Toyota 4 Runner, and both vehicles rolled several times.
A passenger in the Explorer was killed, and both driver and passenger of the Toyota were transported to a Houston hospital with injuries that were not life threatening.
